I am an avid researcher with noble pursuit of cancer remedy and palliation, I adopted an integrative multi-omics approach to decipher cellular signaling dysregulation in context of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and its microenvironment. I apply mass spectrometry based proteomics and phosphoproteomics analysis of patient-derived primary CLL cells to delve into the mysterious signaling landscape of resistant or refractory CLL. I utilize integrative multi-omics (genomics and transcriptomics) tools in my quest to extract information on pathogenic drivers and putative molecular vulnerabilities.
