I'm final year medical student from Coimbra with a special interest in hematology. I started my research with multiple myeloma, then decided to write my thesis in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, using a new drug called Brusatol and compare it with current therapy (venetoclax and ibrutinib).
I have participated in several medical congress/courses, got invited to teach anatomy in my university and I did several internships in Portugal and abroad (in University Medical Center Ljubljana and CHU Bordeaux in France).
