iwCLL Global Partnerships Biennial Meeting Grants
The
iwCLL Global Partnerships Biennial Meeting Grants aim to support the participation of early to mid-career scientists and physicians working in CLL who are reinforcing and promoting the divulgation of clinical, translational, and basic research on CLL performed in non-high income countries.
Two grants of 3,000.00 USD will be given to cover registration and travel expenses to the XXI International Workshop on CLL, 12 – 15 September 2025, Krakow, Poland.
Eligibility Criteria
- Early to mid-career scientists and physicians living in non-high-income countries
- The presenting author of an accepted abstract to the meeting (Oral Presentation or Oral Poster Presentation)
How to Apply
Please apply through our online application form. Your application should include a:
- Copy of the abstract submitted to the meeting
- Motivation letter
- CV including age, nationality, country of residence
- Letter signed by your Head of Department confirming your position within the hospital/ institution (the letter must be on headed paper)
- Copy of your visa (if applicable)

Requirements for the Successful Applicant
iwCLL requires the successful applicant to produce a one-page report detailing their experience at the meeting within six weeks of returning.
Notes & Conditions
- To avoid overlapping in funding, iwCLL will not consider applications from candidates who receive a Young Investigator Meeting (YIM) Scholarship.
- iwCLL will release the funds to the successful applicants upon receipt of the accepted abstract letter.
- The successful applicants will receive the grant under the condition that they will attend in person (or virtually if there is an inability to travel) the XXI International Workshop on CLL, 12 – 15 September 2025, Krakow, Poland, and will enter into a funding agreement with iwCLL.
- The names of the grant recipients will be announced on www.iwcll.org
