Ancillary Events Application
Ancillary events are only open to current 2025 sponsors. All ancillary events occurring between 12-15 September 2025 require approval by the XXI iwCLL 2025 (iwCLL) organizing committee.
Ancillary activities may not compete with the iwCLL 2025 agenda or industry supported symposia. Venues and agendas should be conducive to a scientific interchange. iwCLL will release and assign space at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre (ICE). Upon approval, iwCLL will assign space, at which time the requesting organization will be turned over to the ICE and work directly with the property to plan their event details. For events held outside of ICE, iwCLL will determine whether the proposed activity meets the guidelines.
Industry Supported Symposia Application
Industry Supported Symposia are only open to current 2025 sponsors.The XXI International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) in Kraków, Poland; offers the opportunity for industry supported symposia (ISS) to be held in conjunction with its biennial meeting. ISS play an important role in supporting the needs of iwCLL participants by offering additional educational opportunities. The iwCLL program committee will review all educational topics and proposed speakers. All symposia must be independent medical education (accreditation not required; no product theaters will be allowed).
- While all applications are considered, final approval is the decision of the iwCLL program committee.
- iwCLL will not designate CME or CE credit for these programs. Those wishing to offer accredited education must obtain from a source other than iwCLL.
- Applications must include the names of commercial interests, whether proposed or secured. Applications should be submitted to iwCLL@bioascend.com no later than 1 June 2025 to receive full consideration.
