Welcome to iwCLL 2025 Registration

Below please find instructions and helpful details to guide you through the registration process:

For virtual attendance, the iwCLL will adopt the Central European Summer Time (CEST) time zone. Sessions will be available live CEST time.
Once your registration is complete, you will have access to your record to make updates or edits. Some changes made after a particular date may incur a fee.
If registering as an Individual, please plan to complete your entire registration in one sitting as data entered may not be saved if the platform is exited prior to checkout.
If you have been provided a discount code, you will be prompted to input code during checkout.

Physician/Scientist: Individuals who qualify for this registration category include hematology/oncology healthcare professionals with an MD, PhD, or Pharm D degree(s). Full conference access is provided with this registration category.

Physician/Scientist Trainee: Individuals who qualify for this registration category include hematology/oncology fellows, residents, or postdoctoral fellows, non-oncology residents or fellows including internal medicine residents, and students. iwCLL reserves the right to request verification to qualify for this registration category's reduced rate. Full conference access is provided with this registration category.

Allied Health Professional: The allied health professional registration category is for individuals without a doctoral degree who provide direct patient care. Individuals with an MD, PhD, or PharmD degree do not qualify for this category. The following individuals are eligible to register as allied health professionals: nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistants, clinical nurse specialists, and pharmacists without a PharmD. Others may also be eligible if they provide direct patient care. iwCLL reserves the right to request verification to qualify for this registration category's reduced rate. Full conference access is provided with this registration category.

Patient Advocate: The patient advocate registration rate is reserved exclusively for patient advocates and is not intended for medical professionals. Individuals registered for this category must work or volunteer for national or international non-for-profit patient advocacy organizations focused on hematology/oncology. iwCLL reserves the right to request verification for patient advocate identification to qualify for this registration category's reduced rate. Full conference access is provided with this registration category.

Young Investigator Meeting (YIM) REGISTRATION RATES

YIM 2025 registration will be available as an add-on when completing your iwCLL 2025 registration.

The Young Investigators Meeting takes place on Friday, 12 September from 7:30 - 15:05.

A “Young Investigator” is defined as any physician or scientist who is presently in a residency, fellowship, or doctoral training program, or who has been in such a program within the past 10 years. Students in graduate or medical school working toward a career in hematology/oncology in the areas of clinical and/or basic research also qualify for this category.

Individuals who do not qualify as "Young Investigators" may still attend the YIM, but must be correctly categorized. If you do not meet the above requirements yet would still like to register for YIM, please select a "Non-Young Investigator" during registration.

GROUP REGISTRATION

If you are registering a group of 10 or more, please select group registration when accessing the general registration link. This registration pathway permits for a group manager to handle the registrations of all individuals within the group. The group account may be accessed, edited, registrants added, etc. after the first attendee registration is complete permitting for attendees to be registered in segments if desired. Group registrations will appear on one consolidated checkout transaction or invoice.

Important Note:
If you have been confirmed in one (or more) of the following groups, you will receive direct communication from Bio Ascend on behalf of iwCLL via email with a unique registration link with instructions. If you are in any of the following groups, please do not register through the general registration link.

Video & Audio Production
Bio Ascend reserves the exclusive rights to all recordings or reproductions of the conference and supporting materials. Unauthorized recording, by any means, is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, recording of presentations or reproductions of supporting audio/visual materials, exhibits, and other supporting Continuing Education materials. Miscellaneous By attending a Bio Ascend conference, meeting, or related activity ("Events"), all participants, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and guests ("you") create an agreement between you and Bio Ascend regarding the use and distribution of your image, including but not limited to your name, voice, and likeness ("Image"). By attending the Events, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and/or audio recordings may be taken of you and you grant permission to Bio Ascend (and its agents) to utilize, in perpetuity, your Image in any electronic or print distribution, or by other means hereinafter created, both now and in the future, for any lawful purpose as determined by Bio Ascend.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested through and including 25 April 2025. A 50% fee on refunds requested 26 April – 30 May 2025. A 75% fee on refunds requested on Saturday, 31 May – Friday, 15 August 2025. No refunds will be made after 16 August 2025. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only one substitution will be honored. A fee will be applied to additional substitutions.

iwCLL reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds of the registration fee, less a processing charge will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
